Visit the opt-out page: Go to the CyberBackgroundChecks.com removal page.
Enter your information: Provide your full name and a valid email address, then click "Send Request.
Click the verification link: Check your email for a message from CyberBackgroundChecks and click the orange button to be redirected to the Record Suppression Form.
Submit the suppression form: Fill out the requested information, including your full name, address, and email. Click "Submit." Your information should be removed within three days.
