Arrests.org is a data broker that collects and sells personal information such as mailing addresses, phone numbers, and emails to marketers and other third parties. If you want to protect your privacy and reduce how your data is shared, you can submit an opt-out request directly with Arrests.org. The process is usually straightforward, but it requires you to provide certain details to verify your identity. Follow the steps below to remove your information from Arrests.org's databases.
Find your profile URL: Search for your name on Arrests.org and find your profile. Copy the URL of your profile page.
Submit an online request (if available): Look for a "Remove Record" link on your profile page. If it exists, click it and follow the on-screen prompts. You may be asked to provide documentation, such as a photo ID.
Email your request: If the online form is not available, you can email your request to info@arrests.org. In your email, include:
o Your full name
o Date of request
o Residential address
o Phone number
o A picture of a photo ID
o The profile URL
o Reason for the opt-out request
